Biography
Khushbu has 12+ years of multi-faceted executive search and recruitment experience in a variety of industries, e.g., Industrial, Life-sciences (pharmaceuticals, healthcare), Consumers (FMCG, retail, media), Technology (IT, ITeS, telecom), Shipping & Logistics, Financial (BFSI), Infrastructure & Construction.
During her career, Khushbu has successfully closed a number of top, senior and middle level positions in different functions, e.g., CFOs; Company Secretaries; Functional Heads – of Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Contracts, Commercial; Sr. Managers/Managers of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Tax, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Purchase, Supply Chain/Logistics, Material Management, Production Planning, Production, Quality, Health, Safety; and Retail Show-room Managers; besides, specialist roles. She has also successfully managed recruitment projects for a variety of functions. Khushbu has earlier worked with well-known national level staffing and recruitment companies.
With us, Khushbu leads the search for the functional heads and professionals in Corporate functions (i.e., finance, accounting, legal, company secretarial, tax, commercial, human resources, marketing & sales, IT) across industry sectors. She also leads the senior and middle level hiring for the Life-sciences, Shipping & Logistics sectors; as well as the special recruitment projects. Khushbu is a self-made, ambitious, and hard working person. She is B.Com, having qualified in her Company Secretary Executive course, and is now preparing for her final company secretary examination of ICSI, besides pursuing the LL.B. course.
