I have worked with KLS&A as consultant; and left in 2014 to take up a ‘Corporate HR’ job in a company closer to my home. I would like to share my experience at KLS&A as under:
Working with KLS&A was a memorable time, which I will never forget. Working environment is really good; and colleagues are also helpful, understanding & supportive. KLS&A is like a family. We are free to express our views to our principal consultant. He shares his vast industry experiences with us, and patiently guides us, which is a great learning for us. And, the best thing about KLS&A is that – they believe in quality work, and not quantity.
