Biography

Madhusudhan has 26+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, export marketing, shipping and logistics, in the consulting and the corporate sectors.

For the last 8+ years, Madhusudhan has been into head-hunting and recruitment of the niche, senior and middle management professionals for pharmaceutical, FMCG, engineering, EPC, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and other manufacturing companies. During his career Madhusudhan has completed executive search and recruitment assignments for 70+ MNCs in these sectors; and has successfully placed more than 300+ professionals across various functions viz., research & development (R&D), formulations, regulatory affairs, IPRs, engineering, production, planning, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, HSE, quality operations, sales & marketing; besides the corporate functions like human resources development (HRD), and finance, etc. Madhusudhan has also experience in executing compensation benchmarking and role profile mapping assignments.

Before joining KLS&A, Madhusudhan was associated with two Indian search and recruitment firms at Mumbai, one of whom being a leading firm having long presence in Mumbai since 1986. Madhusudhan has earlier worked for nearly 18 years in the corporate sector in export marketing, shipping and logistics functions in various capacities, including as export manager with export-houses and shipping companies; and hence understands these businesses well.

At KLS&A, Madhusudhan leads our executive search and recruitment practice for the Life-sciences, Consumers, and Engineering sectors; and for corporate functions like human resources. In his free time, Madhusudhan enjoys playing chess, Sudoku, and reading

He is a graduate in commerce from Karnataka University, and also holds diploma in computer software techniques from Mumbai University.
