Biography
Ms. Asha is a versatile, senior multisector and multifunction search and recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience, including 7 years in Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting, and 8 years in Corporate HR as Talent Acquisition specialist, hiring mid and senior level professionals across various functional positions and different industrials – majorly engineering, construction/EPC, Infrastructure, Real estate, Energy/Power/Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Capital goods, Metal and Mining, Consumer Goods, Shipping, Ports and Logistics, Media, IT/Technology, and Financial sectors. She has successfully closed a large number’s of positions at the Heads of Departments, General Managers (GMs), and Senior managerial levels in the Project management – like Project planning, Project execution, Procurement, Contracts and Commercial, O and M; Merchandising, Warehousing, Supply chain, Business intelligence; and also Senior positions in the Sales and Marketing, Brand and Communication, and the Corporate functions, like Accounts, Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, – including Finance Controllers, Head Legal, Head Tax, Head HR, Head IT, etc.) – for large Indian corporates and MNCs.
Before joining us in 2020, Asha was associated as a Talent Acquisition specialist with a well-known corporate eye-wear Retail company.
