Biography
Ms. Moutushi Roychoudhury is a Partner and management council member at our firm (KLS&A). Moutushi is a seasoned search and head-hunting professional with over 17 years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment industry, with expertise in the Leadership hiring for the C-Suite level positions. She has successfully hired top, senior and mid-level professionals for a variety of positions and functions for large number of companies across a multitude of industry sectors, e.g., Engineering, Design, Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Industrial & Manufacturing – Heavy & Light Engineering Industries, and Process Industries/Specialty Chemicals, Lifesciences & Healthcare, Medical Devices, Shipping & Logistics, FMCG, Retail, BFSI/Financial sector, Media and advertising, IT/Technologies sectors – in India as well as internationally.
She joined us (KLS&A) as a Consultant in 2015, and has steadily risen through various ranks to become a Lead Consultant, and is now a Partner at our firm, with her consistent track record of contributions in growth and development of the firm’s business over the years, and establishing the firm’s brand as a dependable search partner among our discerning clients.
Prior to joining KLS&A, she was associated as a search consultant with another well-established executive search/recruitment firm for nearly 4 years.
At KLS&A, Moutushi partners with major clients, leads and guides the firm’s multi-sector search team of versatile recruiters; besides specializing in Leadership hiring for the Engineering and the Manufacturing industries, and for the Finance, Accounts, Legal & Corporate positions across different sectors. She is credited with hiring a large number of mission critical C-suite positions (MD, CEO, CXO, CFO, CIO/CTO), and Senior Management level niche positions for some of our top MNC and Indian corporate clients.
Moutushi has Graduated in Arts from Guwahati University, and done her Masters in Business Management (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) from Viswa Bharat University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal (a renowned institution).
