Biography
Rashmi is a senior executive search professional with over 12 years of experience having recruited human talent in wide-ranging industry domains – including Engineering, Construction/EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate; Energy/Power, Oil & Gas; Industrial and Manufacturing – Capital goods/Machinery, Process industries, Chemical, Pharma/Lifesciences, Medical devices, Food/ FMCG, FMCD sectors; and also Service industries like – Retail, Travel, Media, Education, Sports, and Financial services sectors; besides the IT/Technology sector as well.
Rashmi has worked with well-known international and reputed Indian Executive Search/Recruitment/Staffing companies; and has served talent hiring requirements of prominent clients – Fortune 500 MNCs and large Indian Corporates.
Rashmi is credited with a successful track record of closing a large number of top leadership/CXO level, and senior management level positions – like Directors, Functional Heads, Corporate Heads, National Heads, Regional Heads – in various Business roles – like Sales, Marketing, Brand-Communication, Business Development, Customer Service; Manufacturing, Supply-chain, Plant, Operations; R&D/Innovation; and also Corporate functions, like Human Resource, Finance & Accounts, Tax, Legal, etc.; besides Senior IT professionals and Software engineers in various technology domains.
Before joining us, previously, Rashmi has worked for about 10 years with a well-established executive search and recruitment company at Mumbai; and she was last in the Head Recruitment role.
