Biography
Shelly is a young HR professional, with a strong executive recruitment background with 10+ years of experience in international and domestic talent hiring at senior and middle level in multiple sectors especially Consumers (hospitality, travel, media, retail, FMCG), Life-sciences, Engineering, Infrastructure & Construction (including real-estate, oil & gas). During her career, Shelly has successfully partnered with clients in executing a variety of niche mandates and recruitment projects in India and abroad; and has won appreciation from customers for her quality of work and excellent relationship management. Before joining KLS&A, she has worked with well-known international recruitment companies.
Shelly’s deep interest in the field of Human Resources, her ability to build relationships with the clients and the candidates, sharp focus on service delivery, and international exposure are her major strengths. Shelly knows Spanish language; practices yoga; and is active in social networking and blogging. She was an active player of Basketball having played at the district level.
With us, Shelly leads the firm’s Consumers Practice, as well as international hiring assignments.
Shelly is an MBA in HR from Management Development Institute, Singapore. She also holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from SIES College, Navi Mumbai.
